The Beef History
The Beef, (formerly “What’s Your Beef?”) first opened in 19??. The establishment has changed hands only three times – the most recent being in the Fall of 2007. The new owners, local families concerned that this long established neighborhood institution might close forever, pooled together and with the help of many friends and family members, completely renovated the interior and exterior of the establishment and have brought THE BEEF back as one of the premier restaurants in Broome County.
